Our mustard, safflower and flax seed comes from farms surrounding Idaho (that we can see from the kitchen window).
 

Our growing area is one of the most beautiful places in the USA – surrounded on all sides by National Parks, including Yellowstone National Park. Our family farms are all within view of the spectacular Rocky Mountains.
